"Relaxed salon with a nice vibe"
I had a good experience here. Compared to some salons I’ve been to before that felt loud and rushed, this place had a much more chill vibe. It wasn’t too crowded when I went, the staff seemed friendly, and everything looked clean. The only small downside was that the waiting area felt a bit cramped, but overall I liked being there.

"Friendly staff, just a bit of a wait"
I went in for a haircut the other day after putting it off for way too long, and overall it was a really good experience. The staff were polite and seemed like they knew exactly what they were doing. My stylist actually listened to what I wanted, checked the length with me before cutting more, and didn’t make me feel rushed, which I really appreciated. I did end up waiting a little longer than I expected, and I was kind of watching the clock because I had errands to run afterward, but it wasn’t a huge deal. I’d still go back.

"Honestly a solid haircut for cheap"
I went in not expecting much because places around me charge like they’re all secretly agreeing on the same ridiculous prices, but this spot actually did a clean job. The staff was nice, the haircut looked good, and it didn’t drain my wallet. Kind of suspicious how hard it is to find a decent price like this these days, but I’m not complaining. Good value overall

"Really happy with my haircut..."
I got my haircut here it turned out just how I was hoping. The layers look really clean, and they didn’t take the length too short... which I really appreciated. It feels fresh but still super easy to manage. I’d definitely go back again.

"Wish I hadn’t stressed so much about it"
I left Hair Cuttery feeling frustrated with my haircut and started regretting the whole visit at first.
I reached out to let them know what happened, and they got back to me faster than I thought they would. The manager was really kind about it, actually listened, and made it right without making me feel uncomfortable.
Looking back, I’m glad I said something instead of just staying annoyed. Mistakes happen, but the way they handled it made a big difference, and I feel much better about going back.

I went in needing a color fix because my grown-out brown was looking dull. My stylist really listened and helped me choose a warmer shade that still felt like me, which I appreciated.
It came out soft and shiny, and not too dark like I was worried it might. You know when you leave the salon and keep checking your hair in every mirror? That was me. The price felt fair too, so I’ll definitely be back for touch-ups

"Easy to know what I’d be paying"
I liked that the prices were clear right from the start. I’m the type who just wants to glance at the cost and know what to expect, not sit there doing mental math or guessing about extra fees. My bill matched what I expected, so that was a relief.

I’ve been to Hair Cuttery a handful of times now, and reading between the lines, I think what they do best is keep things simple and consistent. My haircut usually comes out the way I asked for it, nothing super fancy, but clean, even, and easy to manage.
Booking online is straightforward, which I appreciate. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is that I’ve still had to wait sometimes even with an appointment. Overall though, it’s been a dependable spot when I just need a quick cut

"I popped in for a quick trim..."
I popped in for a quick trim and the first thing I noticed was how clean everything looked. The floors were swept, the chairs seemed freshly wiped down, and there wasn’t loose hair sitting all over the place like I’ve seen at some other salons.
It just gave off the feeling that they really stay on top of things, or maybe they had just cleaned before I got there, who knows. Either way, the staff was friendly and the whole visit felt easy, but the cleanliness stood out the most. I’d definitely go back

I stopped by Hair Cuttery without an appointment and expected to be waiting a while, but they got me in quickly! Everyone was really friendly, and my haircut turned out exactly the way I wanted. It was such an easy, low-stress experience, especially since I hadn’t planned ahead. I’d definitely go back again.

"Great blowout that lasted all day"
